www.listeskrasotas.lv PURCHASE TERMS

To avoid unnecessary delays and misunderstandings during the conclusion of a purchase agreement, please read and accept the key terms for purchasing goods offered by SIA "JM GRUPA", unified registration number LV44103025140 (hereinafter – listeskrasotas.lv).

1. The sale of goods offered by listeskrasotas.lv is conducted via an online offer, in accordance with Article 10 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia (CRPL). In this case, when the buyer places an order, a distance contract is concluded between the buyer and the seller.

2. All product prices on listeskrasotas.lv include 21% Value Added Tax (VAT). The prices are valid for the period indicated for the product. Delivery service costs are not included in the product price.

3. Payment for the ordered product and selected delivery service can be made by bank transfer, internet banking, or payment card (ONLINE). Payment is also possible upon receipt of the product in cash or by card at the JM GRUPA store at Pils Street 15, Alūksne (only for products marked as “available immediately”).

4. When placing an order, it is necessary to provide an email address so that the customer can receive instructions, invoice-delivery notes, and other necessary documents.

5. When ordering a product, customers can choose one of the following delivery methods: free of charge – the ordered product is collected at the JM GRUPA store at Pils Street 15, Alūksne; economic delivery – the product is delivered to a parcel locker at one of Latvia’s major shopping centers; comfort delivery – courier delivery to the specified address. The delivery period is indicated on the product card or agreed upon when placing the order.

6. The ordered product must be received within three to five business days from the moment listeskrasotas.lv informs that the order is ready for collection.

7. Before using the purchased product, please carefully read the product instructions and use the product only according to the manufacturer’s instructions, product specifications, and intended purpose.

8. If you reconsider and decide to withdraw from the purchase, the Consumer Rights Protection Law (CRPL) and Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 255 "Regulations on Distance Contracts" (CM Regulation No. 255) provide the buyer the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days and return the purchased product to the seller. The buyer must inform listeskrasotas.lv about the decision to withdraw and return the product by completing the withdrawal form and contacting us by email: [email protected] or by phone: +37122019936, indicating the order number and date. listeskrasotas.lv must refund all payments made by the buyer as soon as possible, but no later than 14 calendar days after receiving the information. Money is refunded to the same account from which it was received. Requests specifying a different account will be considered, but funds will be returned to the account that appears on the bank statement (from which the money was received). Exceptions are payments made in cash or by card in-store, or in cases where the customer’s bank account is unknown.

listeskrasotas.lv informs that the buyer loses the right of withdrawal in the following cases:

• If excessive use of the product is established. CRPL Article 12(11) states that excessive use occurs when the product is used more than necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and operation. In general, the buyer may use the product to the extent allowed for testing in a regular store.

• If the buyer uses the product improperly. CRPL Article 12(6) states that “the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the withdrawal period.” It is recommended to keep the original packaging to prevent mechanical damage during the withdrawal period. If the product is misused, e.g., soiled, damaged, or altered in a way that raises doubts about hygiene or compliance, the seller has the right to take legal action, if necessary.

9. Complaints regarding product quality will be handled according to the Consumer Rights Protection Law (CRPL) and Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 631 "Procedure for Filing and Reviewing Consumer Claims for Non-Conforming Products or Services" (CM Regulation No. 631).

10. CRPL provisions do not apply when goods are purchased by legal entities.

11. In accordance with Latvian legislation, listeskrasotas.lv keeps purchase agreements with buyers for accounting purposes. Agreements with leasing companies are kept by the respective leasing company.

12. listeskrasotas.lv reserves the right to unilaterally cancel an order if it is impossible to sell the product to the customer. Examples include:

• The product is sold out and cannot be ordered from the supplier;

• System errors causing incorrect pricing;

• Other technical errors.

The customer will be informed of order cancellation by email, SMS, or phone. If payment has already been made, money will be refunded within 14 calendar days.

13. Marketing activities:

13.1. listeskrasotas.lv may initiate marketing activities, including loyalty programs.

13.2. By agreeing to receive notifications in the “Check Availability” section, the customer automatically subscribes to newsletters from listeskrasotas.lv.

14. To unsubscribe from newsletters, send an email with the text "I want to unsubscribe from listeskrasotas.lv news and special offers" to [email protected]; system changes take effect within 24 hours.

15. If you are a registered user but wish to delete your profile, please write to [email protected].

16. The online store reserves the right not to process an order if it cannot contact the customer via the provided phone number or email.

17. Payment:

17.1. Payment is accepted in EUR.

17.2. Maximum cash payment per order via courier is €1000.

17.3. Maximum single order amount is €10,000.

17.4. When paying by card, check your bank card daily payment limits.

17.5. Payments in-store at Pils Street 15, Alūksne, can be made in cash or by card.

17.6. Online payments can be made via VISA and MASTER CARD. Payments are secure with SSL encryption.

17.7. Bank transfer payments are accepted after invoice receipt; a delivery note will be sent valid without a signature.

18. Use and confidentiality of entered data:

18.1. By providing your email, you consent to its storage in the database for notifications/reminders about incomplete orders.

18.2. By using www.listeskrasotas.lv, you agree that listeskrasotas.lv or its representatives may collect and store data for:

• Total website visits;

• Number of visitors per page;

• Visitors’ ISP domain names;

• IP addresses;

• Other administrative purposes and website usage analysis.

18.3. Aggregated data may be shared with other companies for informational/statistical purposes. Personal identification data is not shared.

18.4. IP and email are not linked to personally identifiable data; users remain anonymous.

18.5. All materials submitted become property of listeskrasotas.lv, except personal data.

18.6. Data provided will only be used for the purposes stated above.

19. Data Security:

listeskrasotas.lv ensures customer data protection in compliance with Latvian laws. All necessary measures are taken to prevent unauthorized use or disclosure.

19.1. Customer information obtained via the website is used for providing requested services, delivery, and customer identification.

19.2. Website quality control collects data on:

• Pages visited;

• Time spent on the website.

19.3. Customers may request data updates, corrections, cessation of processing, or deletion if data is outdated, incomplete, or unnecessary. Requests should be sent to [email protected].

19.4. Customers may request:

• Purpose of data collection;

• Whether processing is automated or manual;

• Data retention period;

• Last update of data.
